Air Flow Measurement Solutions
Flow Data provides specialized air flow measurement rental solutions to its customers. Our engineers have solved the difficulty in measuring pulsating air flow for the drilling industry.
Our highly accurate Electronic Flow Measurement (EFM) device calculates instantaneous volumetric air flow using state-of-the-art flow technology. This portable electronic air flow measurement uses non-restricting, non delta pressure metering to calculate the volumetric flow rate of air flowing through a two inch meter run. The flow rate is compensated for temperature, static pressure, and atmospheric pressure.
Flow Data has developed a unique data acquisition instrument – the DAFI (Digital Air Flow Instrument). The DAFI calculates instantaneous volumetric air flow using state-of-the-art flow technology, and it is equipped to read data from other instruments on the job site, such as pressures, temperatures, alternate flow meters, etc. The DAFI displays data on an operator interface and records the data in its memory. This data can be recorded and saved for up to nine months before downloading.
